Sangita is a friend who shares my love for poetry and was one of the very few readers of my early writings. When she visited my site yesterday, she wanted to know as to why have I not published any of my new Hindi poetry here – I promised her I will and here it is –

Straight

Bought the “Straight” DVD  for Sunday afternoon viewing as the cast looked promising . I did not have any expectations from the movie but it surprised me with some real good editing and direction techniques. One technique I particularly liked was dropping of a truck in front of the moving car to show the transition … Continue reading Straight

Friends forever

I have not heard from her since ages, last time I called her she was busy shifting back to India from another country and we could hardly talk. Cute and petite, she was the life of our group. Her anecdotes with smatterings of “uno bola, to fir main boli” in typical Hyderabadi style kept the … Continue reading Friends forever

It had rained heavily in the afternoon and at 4 o’clock when the school … Continue reading Gulgul

Life

Life is!! In the midst of a crisis whenever you find life going dry… barren… Remember Love Is and Life Is.

Guilty?

Guilty? Am I? for commiting what others call sin… dwelling at peace with my own self, when hundreds lay restless for knowing the joy of living seeking within myself the unexplored beauty… For living every moment knowing my purpose For being MYSELF Guilty?… Nay! I aint.

India Today!

For the uninitiated, Limericks are 5 liners with rhyming pattern of aa bb a i.e the first, second and fifth lines follow similar rhyme with the second and third line following a different rhyme. Limericks were popular atleast during my teenage on account of their salacious content and humour. If the youngsters of today can … Continue reading India Today!
