Wasn’t a choice – or at least nobody told me if/when I passed that cross of roads.
That blog entry starts with an ‘If’ of sorts, which maybe answers your question ? The only escape seems to be a reduction in IQ – maybe getting drunk and killing a few brain cells helps.
“The old order changeth, yielding place to new”…was written so many years ago and still holds good!
I believe that the moral code, like everything else, keeps evolving….and I still see enough of the codes and ethics similar to what I hold true to make me feel that as long as I am alive it’s going to be OK with the occasional hiccup…
And there is a Hindu belief that of the four Yugas, the Kali Yuga has the least Dharma; Dharma stands on 4 feet, then 3, and by the time Kali is there, she has only one foot to stand on. So, apparently, it is written…so, apparently, it is done!
I just hope that no particular incident brought this one…you see, for people like KM and me…YOU and Tarique are also young! Heheh.
Hope both of you are keeping good health. Your company and your presence is expanding and being very successful….and I often choose you as an illustration of how some people choose to have a better quality of life in a smaller city, and make that work, too.
