Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.8) Gecko/20051111 Firefox/1.5

This is how it looks in default install of Firefox 1.0.7 in FC 4.
My problem was not display of fonts -it was the keyboard layout.
