What kind of kitchen mixer should you use?

Mixing, blending, whisking, shredding, slicing, kneading, emulsifying… there are so many things that you need to know about when you start cooking. A food processor is must for a busy cook. It cuts, shreds, slices and kneads the dough and believe me while all these attachments are very useful, kneading dough using food processor is something that you’d really love.

A blender with a jar for dry grinding is one of the cheapest appliances, and one which is most used in every household. You can additionally purchase an immersion blender to quickly blend soups and sauces – it works better than the working with a blending jar.

Here’s a mini guide of kitchen mixers for you to quick start.
