And if you can not use the yolks right away it is a good idea to freeze them. Here&#8217;s how:<\/p>\n<h2>Freezing left over egg yolks<\/h2>\n<p>Add a pinch of salt to every yolk\u00a0 you have carefully tip them in an ice cube tray placing each yolk in one ice cube cavity. Freeze overnight and transfer to an airtight freezer bag for storing them longer.
